We will be out of the office attending the annual conference for the Substance Abuse Professional Administrators Association (SAPAA) from October 7-9. Response times will be slower.

  1. We strive to process each online order within 2 hours. (M-F 8:30 am-4 pm Central Time)
  2. You will receive an email with your electronic registration (eCCF) or Donor Pass. Your pass will have the testing location and order information. (make sure to check your SPAM folder)
  3. If your order requires additional information, our team will contact you by phone and email.
  4. Please note that in some rare instances, a collection site location may require a paper Chain of Custody that will have to be mailed to you. Our team will contact you to discuss if this is the case.
    NOTE: We process orders Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4 pm Central Time. Order placed after 4 pm or over weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
  5. Once an order is placed with our lab, we are not able to process refunds.
